Unkle Fon

Unkle Fon is the alias of Madrid DJ and producer Manuel Cano, active in Spanish techno for more than a decade. His work follows a raw, dark line shaped by classic techno references, with productions centred on percussion, tension and functional club structures. Alongside his own releases and DJ work, Cano has developed several projects around Madrid's scene: he is part of ILL COMMUNICATION with Javier Gantz, founded Hidden Rage Records and later established Utopia Society, a label and platform based in the city. He has also been involved in club projects and mastering work. His catalogue includes solo material as well as collaborations with artists including Irazu and Javier Gantz. In 2026 he remains active in the studio and behind the decks, with regular appearances in Madrid and dates elsewhere.
