Yazzmin

Yazzmin is the project of DJ and producer Yasmin van Breevoort, born in Amsterdam and based in Ibiza. Her sound moves between Afro house, melodic house and warm club-focused electronic music, using African-rooted percussion, vocals and structures designed for gradually developing sets. Her international activity includes appearances at Ushuaïa and Akasha in Ibiza, Burning Man, Studio 338 in London and venues and festivals in Dubai and at Tomorrowland. She holds residencies connected to Akasha Ibiza, Bohemia Dubai and FIVE Palm Dubai. In the studio she develops her own productions independently, translating influences from African music, the Mediterranean and contemporary house into her material. Her recent schedule combines international touring with a particularly regular presence between Ibiza and Dubai.
