Angerfist with Gianni Di Bernardo & Giangy at Gate Milano

Gate Milano's Main Room turns toward hardcore on 26 December with Angerfist, Gianni Di Bernardo and Giangy on the official bill. Dutch producer Angerfist has become one of the most recognisable names in European gabber culture, associated with fast rhythms and uncompromising production. A club appearance offers a different environment from the large festival stages often connected to his music: the sound can be experienced in a single room, with a much closer relationship between booth and audience. Gianni Di Bernardo and Giangy complete the programme and give the night a link to the DJs working within Italy's harder electronic scenes. Scheduled for the day after Christmas, the gathering brings hardcore back to its immediate dancefloor setting. The focus is on the shared physical experience rather than the size of the production around it.
