BLACKLIST welcomes The Resistance and CODE:PANDORUM to Bootshaus

Cologne's Bootshaus is known for techno, but its bass nights have a character of their own. On 11 December, BLACKLIST brings The Resistance and CODE:PANDORUM to the club for an evening built around heavier dubstep sounds. TOXSYCK, SEKULA, Switching Faces and AUTODRIVE b2b KEIOS also appear in the BLCKBX room, while SEKULA & Friends take over the Dreherei with REBKO, TWINX and DIZZTURB. The BLACKLIST name has long been associated with the darker and more theatrical side of bass music, where distortion and huge low-end pressure are part of the appeal. With separate rooms and several different performers, the evening leaves space for more than one version of that sound. Doors open at 10:30pm and the event continues until 6am. It is a reminder of the wide range of club cultures that now share the same venues.
