Cassius returns to Dublin for a club night at Button Factory

Cassius returns to Dublin in club format, with Hubert ‘BoomBass’ Blanc-Francard leading the project’s current chapter. The set draws on the catalogue that placed the duo at the heart of French touch in the late 1990s, built around filtered house, funk and a particularly physical approach to loops. After Philippe Zdar’s death in 2019, BoomBass revived Cassius in 2024 and began taking that music back to dancefloors. The Button Factory date, presented by Selective Memory, sits squarely in that context: a club-focused night centred on the legacy of a project whose records remain closely tied to DJ culture.
