Crobar BE TECHNO: KAS:ST, Xul Nox, April Palmer b2b Josephine

KAS:ST returns to Buenos Aires on Saturday 31 October as the guest of Crobar's BE TECHNO night. The French electronic duo is associated with a melodic, often darker approach to techno, building tension through synthesizers and extended musical structures. Xul Nox joins the bill, while April Palmer and Josephine are announced for a back-to-back that brings a local perspective to the programme. The event begins at 23:59 and continues until 07:00 in the Palermo club. There is an interesting balance between the visitors' established musical identity and the selectors working within Buenos Aires' own nightlife. The different DJ slots should allow the audience to hear how those approaches interact in one room. For listeners who prefer an immediate club environment to a large festival, this is a direct encounter with several sides of contemporary techno.
