Fuse presents Onur Özer All Night Long

An all-night-long set changes the relationship between a DJ and a room. At Fuse on 28 November, Onur Özer will have the entire night to develop his selections, with no succession of headline acts interrupting the flow. The Turkish DJ and producer is known for a detailed approach to mixing and a keen ear for the subtleties of club records. In an extended session, small shifts of rhythm or mood can become as meaningful as the big peak-time moments. The Brussels club opens at 23:00 and the performance runs through to 08:00, giving the format an unusually generous span. There is a certain confidence in programming just one artist for so long: it asks the audience to listen to how a night is shaped over time, rather than judge it by a handful of familiar tracks.
