Marc Silva + Carol Nyx en MOOG Barcelona

Brazilian-born producer Marc Silva shares MOOG's main room with Carol Nyx on Sunday 8 November. Now based in Barcelona, Silva has built a techno sound around persistent grooves, cold atmospheres and more introspective textures. His EP Residual Signals, released through 091 Records, explores those ideas in recorded form. Carol Nyx approaches the dancefloor from another direction, drawing on acid, electro, techno and contemporary rave music. Hearing both artists in the same small club provides an opportunity to compare those musical personalities without the distance of a festival stage. Mr. Majestyk plays in Villarosa, and the night begins at 23:59. For those following Barcelona's independent scene, it is a gathering built around the local DJs and producers who return to these rooms regularly.
