MOOG: Carlota + Carol Nyx — dos voces del techno barcelonés

Carlota and Carol Nyx share MOOG's main room in Barcelona on Friday 13 November, bringing together two perspectives from the city's underground techno community. Carlota has developed a direct, dark and rhythm-focused approach, drawing on classic techno as well as newer productions. Argentine-born Carol Nyx, based in Barcelona since 2013, works across acid, electro, hard techno and contemporary rave sounds. Clara Rigby is also scheduled in Villarosa, the venue's second room. The setting matters here: MOOG is a compact club in El Raval where visitors hear the decisions of the DJs at close range, without the distance of a festival stage. The event starts at 23:59 and continues until 06:00. For those interested in the people making the city's music week after week, this is a particularly direct way to hear how two independent musical personalities can share one night.
