Novocaine+ brings Neon Graveyard to Gate’s Club Room

Novocaine+ invites Neon Graveyard to Gate Milano’s Club Room, with Alex Akashi, Cris and Kleris completing the bill. The Cologne producer works with early-2000s hardgroove, schranz, trance and distorted bass, a combination that fits the faster edge of the venue’s smaller room. His masked identity and Wahn label are part of the project, but the more interesting point here is how that sound sits inside a four-name local programme. Novocaine+ continues to use its Gate dates as a space for hard techno, schranz and rave variants that are less dependent on the big-headliner format.
