Polka Dot Disco Club invites SHERELLE

Polka Dot Disco Club returns to Glasgow's Sub Club on Friday 6 November with SHERELLE, Alice Austin and Frankie Elyse. SHERELLE has built a reputation for high-speed combinations of footwork, jungle, drum and bass and rave, and the promoter positions her as the headline guest rather than the entire programme. Austin and Elyse bring their own bass-heavy, playful selections, making the night a meeting between different approaches to contemporary UK club music. Polka Dot Disco Club is also explicit about its aim to support FLINTA DJs while welcoming everyone to its events. The intimate Jamaica Street venue gives this community-led booking a distinctive context, away from large-scale festivals. All three artists and the date are confirmed by the club's own listing.
