RARE Club: Archie Hamilton en Sub Club Glasgow

RARE Club welcomes Archie Hamilton to Sub Club in Glasgow on Thursday 10 December. A longstanding resident of London's FUSE collective, Hamilton has developed a recognisable approach to dancefloor house through his DJ sets and productions. His 2019 debut album Archive Fiction and releases connected to Moscow Records and his own MicroHertz label offer different views of that musical identity. Hearing him in the basement on Jamaica Street puts the focus back on his selections rather than a large festival production. A room with Sub Club's history allows musical decisions to register immediately with the dancers, from small adjustments of groove to longer changes of direction. RARE has its own regular following in Glasgow, so the international guest becomes part of an established local night rather than an isolated performance.
