Spotify DIA/LOG brings three generations of UK bass together

The first Spotify DIA/LOG edition uses DRUMSHEDS to draw a broad line through UK bass music. Skream & Benga headline a bill where foundational figures such as Plastician, MJ Cole and LTJ Bukem sit next to later generations including Special Request, Flava D, Pangaea, Surusinghe and Nitepunk. D Double E, Flowdan, Jammer and Shy FX with MC Rage strengthen the connection between DJs, MC culture and soundsystem traditions. Spread across three rooms, the event moves well beyond dubstep alone, taking in garage, jungle, drum & bass and newer club mutations within a single intergenerational programme.
