Sundays at 77: A Guy Called Gerald — Live in Session

Club 77 hosts A Guy Called Gerald live on Sunday 15 November, bringing a formative voice in British electronic dance music to an intimate Sydney basement. From the Manchester acid house movement to later work exploring breakbeats, jungle and electronic composition, Gerald's career reaches far beyond one familiar classic. Crucially, the venue advertises this appearance as Live in Session rather than a standard DJ performance. The event is scheduled from 10pm to 4am as part of Sundays at 77. Hearing such an influential producer in a room defined by proximity between the crowd and performer offers a different experience from a large festival stage. No support artists are confirmed on the official event page, so the focus remains on the announced live performance.
