The Sabres of Paradise plays its first Dublin headline show

The Sabres of Paradise comes to Button Factory for its first Dublin headline show following the project’s return with Jagz Kooner and Gary Burns. Formed in London in 1992 with Andrew Weatherall, the group left a compact but highly influential catalogue, with Sabresonic and Haunted Dancehall at the centre of a sound that pulled dub, experimental techno, ambient and house into the same frame. Kooner and Burns revived the name in 2024 and began performing the material again after decades away. The Dublin date forms part of a short Irish run and places that repertoire back in a club-sized room rather than the festival setting of their previous appearance in the country.
