Tresor: Aquabahn — Nastya Vogan, Konduku b2b Mattikk, Kerrie live

Tresor Berlin's Aquabahn edition on Friday 6 November explores electro as a living musical tradition rather than a fixed historical genre. In the Tresor room, Nastya Vogan opens, Konduku plays back to back with Mattikk, and Shimmy Robin takes the later hours. Globus begins with a listening session devoted to Terrence Dixon's Tresor.392 release, before TaronX, a live appearance by Kerrie, DJ Mell G and NewInfluenzer. The organiser publishes a detailed timetable extending from 11pm into the morning, making the distinction between the listening session, live music and DJ sets clear. Aquabahn takes its name from a Drexciya track and connects Detroit's electro legacy with several current artistic voices. The interest lies in the contrasts between generations, sounds and forms of performance across two rooms.
