Universo Makina: Pastis, Buenri and DJ Sisu at Industrial Copera

Universo Makina brings Industrial Copera a format built around three DJs directly connected to the history of Catalan makina: Pastis, Buenri and DJ Sisu. The night is structured as a continuous back-to-back-to-back, with all three sharing the booth and mixing throughout the session, so the focus is on the interaction between their selections and playing styles rather than a conventional sequence of separate sets. Pastis and Buenri remain central figures in the story of makina’s rise through clubs such as Pont Aeri, while Sisu connects that heritage with a later generation. The event lands at a time when fast 1990s and 2000s club sounds are being revisited widely, but this date links that revival directly to artists who helped shape the original scene.
