Jean-Michel Jarre – Oxygène & Beyond at ADE 2026

Jean-Michel Jarre joins Amsterdam Dance Event's thirtieth-anniversary programme with Oxygène & Beyond, a show linked to fifty years of his groundbreaking 1976 album. Oxygène helped change the way electronic composition could reach a mass audience, while Jarre's subsequent career has explored the meeting of synthesis, technology and large-scale visual performance. Bringing those two anniversaries together at AFAS Live creates an unusually fitting moment within ADE's history. The concert connects the early development of electronic music with the contemporary culture celebrated across Amsterdam each October, offering a perspective that extends far beyond the conventional DJ-led festival format.
