DJ Marta brings the remember spirit back to LAB theClub

For many Madrid remember fans, DJ Marta is part of the soundtrack to an entire era of clubbing. Her sets are connected to a time when clubs had unmistakable identities and people followed their favourite DJs from one long night to the next. On 12 December she returns to LAB theClub with Esencia Pura, a party built around that shared musical memory. Marta has appeared at gatherings such as Guada Fest and Azuqueca Remember and has played at LAB on numerous occasions. That history matters: it helps explain why the records associated with this scene can still bring different generations onto the same dancefloor. Esencia Pura starts at 11:30pm at the venue above Madrid's Chamartín station. The appeal is not just nostalgia for a familiar sound, but the chance to hear it in a club where the people and the music still share a living connection.
