Genosidra

Genosidra is the alias of Colombian producer, DJ, bassist and sound artist Carlos Quebrada. His work connects experimental electronic music, noise and club forms through a highly physical exploration of rhythm and texture. He is also part of Blanco Teta and has been connected to the Hiedrah Club de Baile label and collective. In both his productions and live work he looks for ways to bring noise and distortion into dance contexts, using non-linear structures and an aesthetic removed from the more conventional codes of techno.
