JakoJako

JakoJako is the project of Berlin-based producer, DJ and live artist Sibel Koçer. Her work is deeply connected to modular synthesis and hardware, both in the studio and on stage, with a language that moves between techno, ambient and experimental electronics. Before establishing her music career she worked at SchneidersLaden, one of Berlin's best-known modular synthesiser shops, an experience that strengthened her technical command of these systems. She is a Berghain resident and has released music on labels including Leisure System, Mute and NovaMute, with works such as Metamorphose and Tết 41.
