The Martinez Brothers

The Martinez Brothers are the duo formed by brothers Christian and Steve Martinez, raised in the Bronx, New York. Their sound draws from New York house and tech house, with a constant presence of Latin rhythms, dry percussion and a mixing style strongly centred on groove. Since 2011 they have maintained a close relationship with Circoloco and DC-10 in Ibiza, a context that has shaped much of their development as international DJs. They also run the Cuttin' Headz label, where they have released their own music alongside work by artists from different generations. Their career combines long club residencies, major festivals and collaborations with names including Louie Vega, Nile Rodgers and Tokischa.
