La Cantera hosts Javi Lago for a techno night in Blanes

La Cantera continues its underground techno programme in Blanes with Javi Lago as the main guest. The Barcelona DJ and producer has spent more than two decades developing a deep, hypnotic and functional approach to techno, with a strong focus on groove and long-form mixing. His career is closely tied to the Catalan scene and to Sintetics, the label he runs, alongside releases for imprints including Planet Rhythm, Alleanza, Signal Rec and R3volution Records. The booking fits the identity La Cantera has been building since opening: club-focused techno, a small-room format and nights where selection and set development matter more than large-scale production. For the Blanes venue, Lago brings a direct connection to one of Barcelona’s long-standing underground techno networks.
